The Taraba State University, Jalingo (TASU), has commenced sales of application forms for Sandwich Degree Programmes for the 2017/2018 academic session.
Candidates interested in a Sandwich Degree programme in TASU, are informed on the commencement of sale of application forms by the University. This was made known by the University registration, Dr. Joseph M. Lucas.The sandwich programme will lead to the award of B. Ed, B.Tech Ed., B.A. Ed., B. LIS and B.Sc Ed.
Qualification into 200 level would require that candidates:
- have N.C.E. with an overall merit pass or above, provided the candidate also has at least five credits or its equivalent including credit passes in Mathematics and English.
- Have Diploma in any area of education provided the candidate also has at least five credits at ‘O’ level including English Language and Mathematics.
- Who are holders of N.C.E./Diploma will spend four academic years while all others will spend five respectively.
Qualification into 100 level would require that candidates:
- must obtain 5 credit passes at G.C.E./WASC level, SSCE including English Language and Mathematics in not more than two sittings. In addition to acceptable UTME Cut Off Point. The programme will be for five (5) years
Candidates who have met the entry requirement can proceed to purchase the application Forms. Allocation forms are sold at the sum of Five Thousand Naira (₦5,000) per form. Payments will be made at any Zenith Bank Plc.
